Use ICT to create exciting and innovative stimuli for creative writing
Use multimedia, digital video and animation to enable pupils to express ideas, tell stories and describe feelings, events and scenes.
Use the interactivity of ICT to make mundane language drills more memorable and fun
Use communication technology to link pupils with others in this country and abroad
Science
Use datalogging and spreadsheets to facilitate data collection and analysis
Use digital microscopes to investigate invisible and microscopic worlds. Turn observations into informnative and immpressive digital video and multimedia displays
History
Use digital video and stills cameras, vintage film clips and photos to create news reports and documentaries
Enable pupils with lesser literacy skills to create attractive newspaper reports and posters
Maths and Numeracy
Use PowerPoint and/or Excel to create interactive and self-marking activities and worksheets
Use Interactive Teaching Programmes more effectively on your interactive whiteboard
Use art packages and interactive whiteboard software to investigate shapes and symmetary.
Use animation and digital video to illustrate concepts such as fractions and percentages
